Starting package
$600
4 hours · 3 uniformed attendants · up to 50 guests
Large event, top of range
$3,500
7 hours · 10 uniformed attendants · about 300 guests
Every booking has a 4-hour minimum and a 3-attendant minimum crew. That makes $600 the lowest price for any event, however small.
The formula we quote from
Most valet companies will not tell you how the number is built. We will, because there is nothing clever hiding in it — it is three steps and one multiplication.
| Your event | Estimated cars | Attendants | Hours | Price |
| 50 guests | ~25 | 3 (minimum crew) | 4 | $600 |
| 100 guests | ~50 | 4 | 5 | $1,000 |
| 150 guests | ~75 | 5 | 6 | $1,500 |
| 200 guests | ~100 | 7 | 6 | $2,100 |
| 300 guests | ~150 | 10 | 7 | $3,500 |
Change the hours and the price moves in a straight line. A 150-guest event at 5 hours instead of 6 is $1,250, not $1,500. There is no package to fit into and no tier to jump.
What is in the price, and what is not
What moves the price up
Only three things: more guests, more hours, and a long run between the drop-off point and where the cars park. A hillside street, a gated community or an off-site lot means we add attendants so the wait stays short. The $50 hourly rate never changes — the crew size does.
Who pays
Usually the host, billed as one line on the event invoice. We can also run it guest-paid at a flat rate per car if you prefer — that is decided at booking, never on the day of the event.
Minimum booking
Four hours and a crew of three, on every event. A two-hour cocktail party is still booked and billed as four hours with three attendants, which is $600. We staff and travel to a job the same way whether it runs two hours or four, so the minimum is where it is — and we would rather you read it here than hear it on the phone.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due on the day of the event. There is no charge to have us walk the address and write the quote.
If the event runs long
Overtime is billed at 35% above the regular rate — $67.50 per attendant per hour — and that number is printed on your quote before you sign it. You will never see a figure on the final invoice that you have not already agreed to.
Included in the price
Uniformed and individually screened attendants, $2M+ general liability and garage keepers insurance, certificates of insurance issued to your venue within one business day, signage and cones, and event-day coordination.
Not included
Some cities require a valet permit for the event. Where one is required we prepare and file the paperwork at no charge, and the city’s own fee is passed through at cost, itemized on your quote before you book.

Never added later
No travel surcharge anywhere in the 26 cities we serve, no fuel charge, and no per-car fee on top of the event rate.
Why we publish this at all
Because the alternative wastes your time and ours. “Call for pricing” means you spend an afternoon collecting three quotes you cannot compare, and we spend it quoting events that were never in our range. If the arithmetic above puts your event above what you had budgeted, you have saved yourself a phone call. If it lands where you expected, you already know what the written quote is going to say before it arrives.
The one thing a page cannot do is look at your driveway. A single-lane entrance, a ceremony that puts 150 cars in a twenty-minute window, or a lot four blocks away all change the crew size — and the crew size is the only thing that changes. We walk the address first, at no charge, and put the whole calculation in writing within 24 hours.
