Irvine is the easiest city to drive in and one of the trickier ones to run valet in, for a single reason: an unusual amount of what looks like public street is actually association or campus property. The question is almost never "where is the curb" — it's "who controls this ground, and have we asked them."

Corporate campuses and the Spectrum area

Office campuses and the retail and hotel properties around the Spectrum have their own management, their own garage access hours and their own security procedures. Getting garage access outside normal business hours is routinely the longest lead item in an Irvine plan — longer than anything the city is involved in. We start that conversation the day you book.

Above that, the crew grows by one attendant per 15 cars. The formula is attendants × hours × $50 — $50 is the hourly rate per attendant, and it does not change with the city, the day of the week or the type of event.
