The number of attendants depends on your guest count, the parking layout, and the peak arrival window. We staff one attendant per 15 cars, which works out to about one attendant per 30 guests, with a minimum crew of 3 on every event. A 150-guest wedding is roughly 75 cars, so we would staff 5 attendants. During your free site survey, we'll confirm the exact staffing level for your venue.
Yes — we handle all required city permits for Beverly Hills, Malibu, and any other municipality that requires them. We file applications well in advance, post required No Parking signs on schedule, and manage all city coordination so you don't have to worry about compliance.
