We staff one attendant per 15 cars, which works out to about one attendant per 30 guests, with a minimum crew of 3 on every event. A 100-guest birthday party is roughly 50 cars, so we would staff 4 attendants. A 300-guest quinceañera is roughly 150 cars, so we would staff 10. We assess each event individually during our free consultation.
It depends on the city and specific street. Some cities like Beverly Hills, Malibu, and West Hollywood require permits for valet operations on public streets. We know the requirements for every city we serve and handle all permitting on your behalf as part of our service — one less thing for you to worry about. A&A Parking Services carries full General Liability and Garage Keeper's Liability insurance on every event. In the unlikely event of damage, our insurance covers the vehicle. We also document vehicles upon receipt with our ticket system. Our attendants are professionally trained and careful — but in 27+ years, our insurance has always been there when needed.
For private parties, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance. However, we frequently accommodate last-minute requests — especially for smaller events. If your event is in a permit-required area like Beverly Hills or Malibu, earlier is better to allow time for permit processing. Call or text us and we'll tell you what's available.
