As a general guide, we recommend 1 attendant per 25 guests during peak arrival. For a 100-person birthday party with guests arriving over 45 minutes, 3–4 attendants is typical. For larger events like quinceañeras with 300+ guests and faster arrivals, we'll staff 8–12 or more. We assess each event individually during our free consultation.
It depends on the city and specific street. Some cities like Beverly Hills, Malibu, and West Hollywood require permits for valet operations on public streets. We know the requirements for every city we serve and handle all permitting on your behalf as part of our service — one less thing for you to worry about.
A&A Parking Services carries full General Liability and Garage Keeper's Liability insurance on every event. In the unlikely event of damage, our insurance covers the vehicle. We also document vehicles upon receipt with our ticket system. Our attendants are professionally trained and careful — but in 25+ years, our insurance has always been there when needed.
For private parties, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance. However, we frequently accommodate last-minute requests — especially for smaller events.
